I took my 3 kids for a swim meet at Sacramento. The hotel is very easy to find. The rate is affordable. Easy freeway access. Room is roomy enough for 4 and is very clean. Friendly services. Super fast check in and out. The hotel is nice enough to open their complimentary breakfast earlier because people staying there need to attend the swim meet early Sunday morning. I think that is very considerate of them. The only thing I hope they will improve on is the breakfast. If they would add eggs, sausages, and bacon, that would be perfect.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again! In fact, my family and I will always look for a Hyatt Place to stay at when ever we travel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check In took all of 5 minutes and then we were off to our room, which was a delight. The room was huge, with a seperate living area, and very clean. It had just recently been remodeled, so it was bright and very modern. The FREE breakfast was good and plentiful and included such items as cereal, muffins, toast and bagels. My kids definitely enjoyed it. The parking was convenient, with large spaces that were close to the entrace lobby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families!

The room matched the picture from the website. Mini refridge, swivel flat screen to accomodate sitting on the sofa bed, and an air conditioner that really cooled the room! Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitly stay again and again.

This hotel was perfect for us. My wife asked for a little nicer place than our usual ""sleep-only"" hotel, and we wanted a base from which to visit relatives in Fair Oaks and friends downtown. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed, with a huge couch and lounge area. Breakfast was good, plentiful, and available for plenty of time. Personnel were uniformly cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Location was perfect for our purposes. Price was reasonable. Only negative? One of two elevators was out of service, waiting for replacement (in the next month).
