Overall a great value and nice place to stay in the Niagara Falls area. Traveled and stayed in the Niagara Falls, Ny area on Labor Day weekend on a family vacation. The hotel itself was clean, service very good, room spacious and nice, amenities including pool and parking were convenient. Location to area attractions 2 blocks from everything. The dining room for breakfast was excellent, would have giving a higher rating but the Old Falls Sports Bar & Grille one evening was really bad, didn't get sick but just not to our liking. Maybe we didn't order the right things. Anyways would definitely stay again and recommend. We learned 4th of July and Labor Day holidays are the busiest and worst times to visit, come a day before or a day after, very true. Lastly, don't book an expensive sight seeing tour with the hotel around those dates, we did, what was supposed to be an enjoyable 4 hour tour for 3 people, was wasted with 3 hours in line for the 1st stop on the tour, feeling quiet shortchanged, yes. Should not even be offered on those dates.

Five friends and myself decided to do at 50th Birthday Get Away overnight in Niagara Falls, NY. We got three rooms which the hotel staff were more than happy to make sure we had them all next to each other when we got there and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The beds were the most comfortable any of us had ever slept on. We liked them so much that we got a website address from the staff the morning we left so that we could look into getting them for ourselves at home! We all would highly recommend this hotel. We couldn't believe how nice it was for the price. It was a great weekend for the birthday girl and for all of us even though we didn't win at the Casino!

My daughter and I both enjoyed the Crowne Plaza. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool was clean and the temperature was very comfortable, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable!!!!!!

All went well ....Our only disappointment was that the hotel used a weird air freshener that ""knocked our socks"" off evey time we came back to the hotel and that took some getting use to. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed a wonderful time ALONE in the pool and was able to get an hours worth of laps in without dodging others...what a nice surprise!!!! We thought the bed was VERY comfortable !!!!! In all it was a GREAT weekend !!!!!!

We went to see the Falls May26-28. Having never been to the area, we were a little leary about the Hotel. From the great greeting we got when we walked in until we checked out, it was a wonderful experience. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and quiet.Everything is pretty much within walking distance. Yes the Canadian side is prettier, but if I went back I would stay in the same place. The biggest suprise was the Sports bar in the hotel. Menu is typical sports bar venue, but at dinner time, they have specials that are as good as anything I have eaten in the finer restaurants in New York City. Somewhere in the kitchen, they have a 1st class gourmet chef. Even the presentation was great. I had made reservations at a couple restaurants during my visit, but after eating here the first night, I cancelled my reservations and ate here every night.
