Better than I read on the online travel website. The room was freshly redone, the beds were extremely comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was clean and on time and the staff driving it was very friendly. They serve an excellent breakfast in the morning, pastries and muffins, freshly baked waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, gourmet coffee and juices. Something for everyone, including the kids. It is conveniently located and my roommate was surprised that I got such a nice hotel at such a reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again!

Ramada Limited Discovery Park was convenient to the major highways as well as other businesses. Room was clean. Toilet/bath area a little tight and would love to have had a more private area to wash/dress in. Not all people who share rooms are comfortable with dress, etc. in front of each other. Staff was VERY friendly. I would go back again when I visit Sacramento, CA!

When I arrived, the reservations were mixed up and I didn't get the room I reserved. After one night they moved me to a room I had reserved. The next night I came back to the room only to find that the lock had been changed on the room. They told me at the desk that they were going to have to move me again because someone else needed that room. The same thing happened once more. I had to unpack and pack again three different times. I called the online travel websites help line and the young man I spoke to had a difficult time understanding what I was talking about and I had a difficult time understanding him - very thick accent. It was a very frustrating experience and made my vacation less enjoyable as it could have been.

I spent three nights at this hotel. I like to stay up late at night and sleep in till about 10:00 am when I am on vacation. Sleeping till 10:00 am was impossible. Every morning starting at about 8:00 am cleaning carts were being wheeled by my door and the chatting of workers woke me up. I made my concern known but nothing changed. Not only that but my room never got cleaned the first day I was there. I also made them aware of that and they wanted to send someone over at 10:00pm to clean my room. Needless to say, I declined. After that, I just called when I was leaving my room to ensure that it would be cleaned.The wall heater/air conditioners are noisy and not easy to regulate like a thermostat. So instead of having a good night sleep I was either too hot or too cold.
