  I have staayed here at least 20 times over the past 2 years. The staff is excellant, the location is right in the middle of shops and a nightlife that can offer up about anything you desire. The 16th floor is a smoking floor and if you are not a diehard smoker it can bring tears to your eyes. This is the only downfall that I have seen....they really do need to find some way to make it a bit less toxic. Oh, well I quit anyway. If you have issues, they are taken care of and the exce floors have a happy hour they will pass for a free supper and drinks. P the C
