This hotel is BEAUTIFUL and is in a great location! We had a fallsview room, WORTH the extra 20 dollars per night, we were able to see the falls lite up at night and the sun rising in the morning! Would definately stay again!

I booked a room with two queen size beds, I got a room with one king size bed and a soffa bed. The room was also advertised as having a view of the Sunday night fireworks from hotel room window, we couldnt see anything! I was very disappointed, I felt as though I did not get what I paid for, and the hotel did not seem to care.

Our family visited Niagara Falls in August, 2009. We loved the location of the Sheraton on Fallsview Blvd. This Sheraton is located about a 30 minute walk to the second Sheraton which is called Sheraton on the Falls on Falls Avenue Confusing? We stayed on the 27th floor of the Sheraton on Fallsview Blvd with a specatacular view of the Horseshoe Falls. The view was awesome! We watched fireworks outside our window on Sunday night. We came to Niagara Falls with our family of four - 2 parents and 2 teenage boys. The location was perfect! The restaurants were all located within a few blocks of our hotel. The entertainment area of Clifton Hill was about a 20 - 30 minute walk from our hotel. We were very close to the Falls Incline Railway which leads to the Journey Behind the Falls. We checked into our Sheraton late in the evening and did not have our reserved room available. The Hotel accomodated us with two rooms versus on the first night and also gave us free parking for the length of our stay. 4 days. Early the next morning, our reserved room was ready and we were promptly switched into our reserved room on the 27th floor. It all worked out well and was not an inconvenience. All of our rooms were clean, the bedding was clean, the bathrooms were clean, etc... The front desk was very nice and had no problem accomodating us. Every question we had was answered by concierge. Keep in mind that this area is huge for tourists, so some restaurants and attractions are going to be pricey. This should not be shocking to travelers. The Maid of the Mist and the Journey behind the Falls should not be missed!

Beautiful view from Hotel--everyone working there was very nice--very efficient. Very friendly --dinner in the hotel was expensive but that was true for all of Niagara Falls, Canada. Wine tour was great-enjoyed the day. Best advice -take lots of money for the casino or stay away! Had fun!

Amenities are way bellow 4 star standards. Hygiene problem. Rooms are way bellow clean level. Services are not even close to 2 star services. Room maintenance problem. No vent in bathrooms. Shower fixtures need replacement simply because they are there but they do not work properly. Too bad that the Sheraton went down to this level. Good Luck staying there because you for sure need it.
