  This hotel is not a ""tourist"" hotel - BUT it is affordable, spotlessly clean and is located brilliantly. From here you can easily walk to Tokyo Tower, Hama Riku Park, Shiba Park, Zojoji Temple, The Imperial Palace and the Shidome.A 10 minute walk from Shimbashi (Shinbashi) station you have access to entire metro system.Also, the area around the station is lively, has 100's of restaurants, bars and great sushi!

  Overall, it was a pretty good hotel for the price. There wasn't anything fancy about it, but it was nice and clean and efficient. If you are looking for something fancy, this isn't it. It isn't the most convenient place to the major sites, so you have to walk a couple blocks to the train and take the train. It takes anywhere from 1/2 to 1 hour to get to the popular areas, but if you don't mind that the price is great. Staff know what they are doing, just not very friendly because they host business men usually, but they are efficient.
