From the quick and painless check in to the express check out, this hotel is faithful to its mission of providing convenience and comfort for the convention attendees. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed, clean and quiet. Conventioneers will find its proximity to Toronto Center ;to which it is connected, the CN Tower, the Stadium, and restaurants to be a real plus. Indeed, literally and figuratively...it is where you want to be.

I stayed at the InterContinental Toronto Centre for 4 nights in August 2009. It is a decent property catering to business travelers and convention attendees. The location to the Convention Centre is convenient and great attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The photos of the property are a tad misleading making the place seem much nicer than it really is. The furniture in my room was a bit beat up, but didn't really detract from the overall experience. I had a great view of the inner harbour, Lake Ontario, and the CN tower which was a plus. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Only complaint: The bar closed at midnight on a Saturday evening! A bit early in my book...the jazz band was a nice touch though. Great property, but if you seek a truly luxury experience look into other options

Nice hotel in a convenient location. But I stayed there for one night and was charged for three. I phoned, e-mailed, even went there in person to get it sorted out. A month later there has been no resolution. Get everything in writing when checking in or you may just get ripped off like I did.
