  This was the first stop for our incredible vacation and it set the tone in the most spectacular way. The facility is cosmopolitan and extremely sophisticated.. Staff and especially concierge helpful and friendly. The buffet was beyond delicious and the wait staff was there to assist with anything we desired. Piano bar was amazing, such a talented musician. Played our favorite tunes and took requests.. Bar friendly and professional. The room we chose was spotless and quiet. Bed extra comfortable with a bazillion pillows to choose from. The complimentary shuttle delivered us both from the airport and then to the bus station to continue on to Cuernavaca. Would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Dali Plaza
