  The free shuttle service to and from the airport was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean and the restraunt and bar were nice. I would use this hotel again and recommend it to others with a layover in Auckland.

  My husband I had an overnighter room. It was small but that was ok because we were only staying one night for a layover connection to the USA. Room was clean and neat. Some renovations going on but that can be overlooked because the cost was so reasonable for an airport hotel......only about $ American. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle is also a plus. Other wise a cab would have cost $30. The concierge was so great. She arranged the perfect cab ride for a short tour of the city of Auckland. Not your typical cab ride. This was actually a narrated mini tour of the city. We also got a side tour from the driver. I can't say enough good about our experience with this hotel and everyone associated with our short stay in NZ/
