Luckily we just stayed 1 night. Check-in was not as easy-could not get in the room before 4 pm. The room was clean. The TV in the room did not work: blurred picture and static (same in the gym), no fridge, ice machine on the floor also did not work. The elevators took ages. We had to wait 5-7 minutes just for one to arrive. The pool area was dark, dreary and cold. We have stayed at other Sheratons which were great but not this one. The only GREAT part was the concierge who arranged tours for us very efficiently. Would not stay here again.

every employee i encountered was genuinely friendly and accommodating. unfortunately, the interior of the hotel was extremely dark and uninviting. also, the hotel is located where there isn't a ton of foot traffic or retail/restaurants, so as a female traveling alone, i didn't feel entirely safe.

Hotel was in a perfect location to explore the night life. Beautiful lobby and the rooms were clean and had a great view of the skyline. The Hotel staff went above and beyond in accomdations. Due to a personal incident, I needed to change my room, and the staff did so without hesitation and at no additional cost to me. All my future trips to Philly will definately booked at this hotel. Great price too

I stayed here for a week and it was great. Location was a distance from the job, but i didn't mind leaving the car in the garage and walking. Philadelphia was a great experience, hotel staff was great especially ___ wasn't for her I would have been stress driving around Phili. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

This hotel is in the heart of Philadelphia. It was very clean and everyone that we met who was working there was friendly and helpful with any of our questions. My daughter was graduating from Phil U and will now be working in the area. We will be staying at this hotel on our future trips to Philadelphia.
