  The hotel travel desk charged us Rs.* from airport to hotel !!! We checked into Deluxe room. Room was unclean, looks like it had been leased to cockroaches, fridge was empty, beds were less than queen size, linen was unclean and very ordinary blanket. We requested for an extra bed. All we got is an extra mattress. I had to sleep on floor. Mineral water was room served only after repeated requests and complaints !! Sofas were full of tea stains, in bathroom tap was leaking, We were given no room key - reason the key was broken and there was only one key available. Food was somewhat good but the range is limited. People I met at the hotel were distinctly unhappy. I would recommend this hotel if they lower their star rating to less than unity. I moved to Greepark hotel at Ameerpet, which even though located in congested old Hyderbad area, still offers you much better value for money. This hotel is real BAD.
