This was at least our 5th stay at the hotel and we found it to be the best value on Paradise Island. Rooms were large, clean, with Refrigerator and TV that featured all the Premium channels (although we spent very little time in the room). Rooms were recently updated with tile floors and freshly painted. Free breakfast featured breads, sweet rolls, cereals, yogurt, Hard Boiled eggs, GREAT Coffee and Juice. Short walk (5-10 minutes) over to Atlantis to enjoy all the Resort Amenities that were included in the price of our hotel ($* a night Group Rate + taxes and gratuities). We checked out early on Sunday but were able to keep our luggage in the luggage room and had a Hospitality room to change when we came back from Atlantis later in the afternoon. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Crystal at the Pool Bar prepared an awesome cocktail party on Friday and Saturday night with yummy Rum Punches.

We were only there for 2 nights but found the room to be clean and comfortable each day. The staff came in and did a very thorough job of cleaning up the sand we tracked into the hotel from our time at the Atlantis Resort which is so close it felt like we were staying on the resort property. The continental breakfast was a nice save on our wallets as the food at the resort is pretty expensive. Overall I highly recommend this hotel if you are budget conscious but do not want to sacrifice quality.

  • ok hotel if you are looking to be price conscious

This hotel was ok...we traveled with 2 children (8 + 10) and 1 senior. The continental breakfast was ok, nothing special, but really cuts down on your cost as everything in the Bahamas is expensive. Water pressure in the shower though was almost non-existent so showers took longer than planned. Also, safety standards must be different there. My father (74), who traveled with us and was in a separate room, complained not only of the water pressure, but the 'bath-fitter' type shower/bath. There were no handles or 'floor grit' making it slippery and dangerous for older (and probably very young) guests. However, all in all, the hotel was clean and probably in my opinion, a better bang for the buck than staying directly in the Atlantis.

We just returned from our trip to Paradise Island. We decided to save some money and not stay at Atlantis and we were not dissatisfied with our decision. The Comfort Inn was clean and our room was great. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helped in any way that they could. It was nice having a small breakfast included with the option of the restaurant if a full breakfast was desired. The hotel is a stone's throw away from Atlantis and having use of the facilities with signing privledges was the best. Every room has a small refrigerator and there are a few small convenience stores across the street so paying $1.00 for soda and $1.50 for bottled water was a good option. We filled our refrigerator and took drinks with us each day. A small collapsible cooler would have been good to have. I will definitely stay at the Comfort Inn when I return to Paradise Island. A great experience.

  • Great alternative to staying at Atlantis!
