The hotel is very good for a beach hotel. Not fancy but very clean and most important, fantastic view. Staff is very attentive and professional. The only hassle is the timeshare vendors but if you have some time to spare, it can give you some extra cash in Cabo. Food at the hotel is expensive but in line with the cost of everyplace else in town.

We loved our stay! The hotel is not fancy but it's very clean and it has a great location. Food is overpriced but in line with everyplace else in town. Staff is very friendly and professional. I would definately go back.

This hotel is fair. No problem with the staff or the rooms. They did the ""bait and switch"" with the rooms at check in. They showed us our rooms by the pool on the ground floor where there was no privacy and lots of noise. We were told we could get better room ( 5th floor) for just the $ a night upgrade. It is located on a public beach where there is an unbelievable number of locals trying to sell you a large variety of things. They were very annoying and would not take no for an answer. Hotel refreshment service on the beach took forever and we even had to go find servers to get drinks and food as well as go find them to pay our tab. This is our third trip to Cabo. I think I'll stick to the Pacific side.

Pueblo Bonito Blanco is a beautiful hotel, it is very clean and not to mention the great staff. The hotel had a great view of el arco, there was a lot of activities to do right on medano beach as well as the hotel. To go into town/marina was a short cab ride and it only cost 6 dollars. If you walk it will take 15min (regular walking) You really dont need to go into town too much. Along medano beach there are restaurants,bars,and water activities.I had the best 5 days ever, i hope this helps.

We booked a package deal tru a online travel website and thought we were getting a great deal- turns out the price we got for 4 nights was actually above what you could get booking another MUCH NICER hotel on your own in Cabo. The only plus about this hotel is the location, but everything else pretty much is terrible. The food is overpriced and extremely mediocre (we are from New York and know good food). The service is lousy - not only are the front desk attendants apathetic and not helpful, they are constantly bombarding you with timeshare marketing schemes. When you do go to the presentation, they give you gift certificates that can't be used for a lot of things (they don't tell you about this until it shows up on your bill)... On top of it all, there were multiple error charges on our bill, which was conveniently in spanish, so we had to ask what every line was. If someone was not really paying attention and doesn't read spanish, you would get into paying a lot more than you owe. The workers at the hotel seem intent on nickel and diming every little bit they can get out of ""those rich american tourists."" This place is a trap and certainly not 4 star worthy- 3 stars is really pushing it. Stay away- there are much better choices out there, including some of the other pueblo bonito properties like PB Sunset.
