Very clean and modern hotel situated about half way between Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose. Rent a car and save mucho dolares that would be wasred on cab fares. Abundant and expensive golf courses in the vicinity of the hotel. Beautiful setting with ultra friendly and helpful staff. The beach is very scenic but hard to walk on with your bare feet. Swim at your own peril in the choppy surf with a strong undertow.

  • We LOVED it!

This hotel is the ultimate get-a-way. If you're looking to relax, unwind, get some sun, and be pampered all day long...then this is the place for you. My girlfriend and I arrived on Nov 21st and were greeted with complimentary drinks, overlooking the gorgeous view of the ocean from the lobby. I agree with the other reviews that the food was pretty pricey, however, we ate Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at the hotel almost everyday of our 5-Day stay, and when everything was all said and done, we averaged about $120/day in food and beverages per day. This might sound like a lot, but considering the quality of food... I alone had Kobe Beef Burgers, Mahi Mahi, and Lobster just to name a few. If you think about going into Cabo for dinner, that's when it really gets expensive. Places to eat are cheaper, but the cab fare will run you $25 USD each way. Our weakness was their Fresh Iced Tea. Add a few packets of Splenda and it's a tasty treat at the pool. Personally, I would have rather stayed at the Hotel then walked around Cabo. Everywhere I turned in town there were people trying to sell Timeshares. We were actually suckered into touring a timeshare, simply because the freebies were too good to pass up. We received 2-free Parasailing passes, a sunset cruise, free breakfast, and free cab fare. All for a 2hr tour at the over-priced timeshare. The timeshares are a rip-off, but the freebies were real. My only complaint is that I wish there were more channels on their TV. Once the sun goes down, and dinner is over, there really isn't much else to do at the resort, except go into town, or sleep.

I just returned from an amazing and wonderful trip to Cabo San Lucas and stayed at this Hilton Hotel run by Rosewood Hotels. My purpose of the trip was a destination wedding for my niece at the Las Ventanas Hotel about half a mile away. The Hilton had a 24 hour per day shuttle to this hotel for us at no additional cost other than the tip. We were greeted by a hostess who escorted us to a patio off the bar where we were offered a complimentary drink. Over a margarita she explained everything about the hotel from the restaurants to the facilities. We then went to our rooms which were amazing! Large, with patios, extremely comfortable beds, a desk, wide screen t.v. with HBO, huge bathrooms with large and thick towels, bathrobes and more... The staff was amazing and they not only anticipated your every want, they accomodated you in every way. I can go on and on. The value here is dynamic plus the dollar has recently gained strength over the peso. The only possible negatives for some might be the fact this hotel is located twenty minutes away from downtown though the hotel does have free shuttle service at various times during the day and that you are somewhat captured to use their restaurants which might be slightly beyond some peoples budget though the food and service is awesome and worth the price. For couples seeking a romantic getaway, you will be happy with this choice. p.s. X at the pool comes around daily to clean and adjust your sunglasses!
