I stayed at this hotel based on the reviews and price. I had previously traveled to Punta Cana and stayed in a hotel that was literally falling apart yet listed as a 4 star resort. So for my next trip I did a great deal more research. I came across the Quality Inn Santo Domingo as a 3 star hotel but with excellent reviews. I decided to give them a try. The hotel itself was fantastic. Great food and very pleasant staff. The room was large and comfortable and the dining area was clean with great quality food in a buffet style setup. All in all the hotel is well worth the price and is very convenient and well ordered. I would definitly stay there again.

Staying in this hotel was good. Everyone is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. And the food was great, not alot of choices but very good. The only bad thing I have to say is that because our flight was delayed for three hours we got to the hotel at 1:40 am and they told us that they rented our room because they thought we were not coming. I was very tired and upset that they rented our room just like that without a second thought. They send us to another hotel nearby for the night (they paid) and the next day picked us up and took us back to the hotel.

After driving for hours my family and I arrived at the hotel and it was an oasis is the desert! The place is clean, security is tight w/out being scary, do-it-yourself (Or they'll do it for you at a charge) lanudrymat was great, the gym is modern and uncrowded, the pool was very nice, and if you're getting in late or leaving early this place is a no-brainer as it's the ONLY decent place within 20 minutes of the airport. Like most hotels the restaurant and bars are grossly overpriced, buy your stuff down the road at the supermarket if you have wheels. The airport area is not real elegant I don't recommend walking around after dark. All in all, it's PERFECT for what it is .....A safe, clean, fair value place to crash for the night after/before a late flight.

I just want to let everyone know that this hotel is one of the finest in the Dominican's.The service is wonderful and the security makes you fell safe 24hr's a day. The workout fitness center has all the equiptment you need for a good workout. And I saved the best for last, if your a single person and want to bring a guess in to share some good times with you (its free but), make sure that they can provide proper ID. No ID the hotel will charge you a nonrefundable fee for your guess stay. This hotel is rated at three stars I give it four stars easy. I've stayed thier four times already.
