  Plus: - Staff friendly and helpful Down side: - No drawers for clothes - no walls to the bathroom so colleagues sharing a room did not have much privacy - No coffee maker in the room - No iron (would have had to pay to have the laundry service iron clothes for us!) - No free wireless

  We had a great week in Madrid. The hotel is simply beautiful - an architectural experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although, not in the center of town - the hotel is right on the Metro. Which is easily to use. Highly recommended!
