  The service I received was a joke. I booked a 2 double beds room online well in advance but they gave me a king bed instead. It was totally inconvenient as my travel partner and I did not want to share the same bed. They did not notify me by any means in advance that the room i requested was unavailable until I opened the door of the room and found out. Moreover, they did not change the room for me even after I demanded. I am really disappointed at the service I received from this hotel.
