The hotel staff are extremely polite. Everyone calls you by name. Unfortunately if you ask for them for something or ask that something be done, the answer is likly to be "5 minutes" or "straight-away." Then it may take hours or not at all. It lead me to believe the staff does not understand English very well and they are to polite to ask you to repeat yourself. In all this lead to a very disappointing experience. To their credit, once you complain to management, things usually were done in a timely manner. For normal things the hotel is good. Clean and nice. Food is good. I've stayed here before and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This trip was simply one issue after another.

This was my third trip to Gurgaon. If you are looking for a hotel in Gurgaon for an extended stay, this hotel feels much more ""american"" than the Trident. The rooms are modern, food was good, nice bar and pool.

This was my 3rd stay at the Crowne Plaza in Gurgaon. I just love it. The rooms are spacious, and modern, the resturants have a lot of choices and the staff is friendly.
