If people complain about food then they have problems. The variety was amazing. We had fish every day and it was extremely good. Having to walk a distance to the main eating facility is actually good exercise and truly takes little time. this is a very clean resort with a staff that is very much aware of the need to satisfy patrons. You can order any drink you want and request a certain brand with no problems. We really enjoyed our stay. We paid more for a ocean view and even though we were placed in the back, our view on the 4th floor and privacy was worth it.

One of my best friends and I went for a girls get away, the hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and waited on us like we were princesses, we had a ocean view room it was very clean and nice, they stocked the frig and alcohol everyday. But there was one big problem that we had along with many others while we were there the food was TERRIBLE!!!!!! It didn't matter if it was the buffet's or the resturaunts that we had to make reservations for it was absolutley TERRIBLE, so the all inclusive meant nothing to us when it came to the food and we heard this from other guests over and over again. If they cahnged chefs or the food got better we would stay in a heart beat but due to the food we have decided that we will not stay there again. So we will be looking for a new hotel for our yearly trip next November.

Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were clean, and nice. Food was okay, and we had to walk quite a way to eat, but from the looks of most of us fat americans, it wouldn't hurt any of us to walk that far before and after eating. Location was one of the better of all the hotels. Security was very good. Pools were clean, pool bars were well stocked. Great place.

well all i can say is this place is great. The room was very clean and had a great view ,we stayed in building # 7. The food was also very very good so much food to pick from if you can not find some thing you like then you are way to picky of a eater. The breakfest lunch and dinner buffets were awsome. The drinks and service also outstanding they do have top shelf just have to ask for it the bartenders were very friendly and quick to serve. The pools were clean and had outstanding views of the ocean and the arches. we met alot of new friends from all over the usa and cananda. We will be returning for a visit again soon and i would recomend this place to everyone. Its a great price great food great service and lots of fun !!!!!

Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Great place to lay in the pool and enjoy the unbelievable sights. Was a little dissappointed with the food varieties on the buffets every day. Exactly the same day after day. October is a a low booking month, they said only 30% capacity. Did let us have full use of facilities, but the center pool had no bar service at all. The only bar service was by the main pools by the beach. We did end up using the main pools which were spacious and extremely nice. Would stay again.
